Our Indiana Media Partners, WRTV annually celebrate unsung heroes across the state with Jefferson Awards. Each June, we celebrate their top recipients at The Jefferson Awards in Washington D.C. These Media Partners report these local winners' stories to celebrate their impact and inspire the community to serve.

Over eight years ago, New Era Church First Lady Hope Moore, founded Operation More Hope (OMH) as an opportunity for the community to come together for a common goal to help students of color succeed. Hope works relentlessly to acquire funds to continue and expand the program while building relationships with the community, stakeholders, and students’ families.
